Flavorful lunch with sandwiches and salads. Inventive bar bites for sharing, and creative entrees that represent our seasonal, Western bounty. We craft our menus with fresh, local produce, meats and cheeses from Teton area purveyors, and our beer brewed right here.

StillWest Executive Chef Grayson Prentice develops our lunch, bar bites, dinner, and brunch menus with inspiration from our surroundings in the West and touches from the South where he began his cooking career. Chef Prentice incorporates beer into his cooking often and creates much of the menu from scratch. Look for weekly, seasonal specials and ingredients unique to our region.

Our Sunday Southern Brunch is an affair to remember, with live music and Southern-inspired entrees…and grits.
