StillWest founders Don Alan Hankins & Chaney Landers Hankins were high school friends who connected 28 years later. The Tetons have long been a second‐home for Chaney and her family, and for Don Alan the affinity for the town was instant. They moved to the Jackson area, got married in the summer of 2017, and began work on StillWest shortly after. They’re a house divided (Don Alan, Bama Alum; Chaney, Auburn Alum), but a brewhouse united with their complementary professional backgrounds — Don Alan in brewing, brewery startup consulting, and more brewing. Chaney in campaign execution, event planning, accounting, and culinary arts.
Executive Chef Grayson Prentice, Assistant Brewer Davison Payne, and advisor Jay Hendricks make up our family. They’ve all lived in the South, and have built their homes with us out West.
The ground floor of our building is home to Brewhouse Coffee, and a Tap Room where you can drink a pint or grab a small bite, and buy 32 ounce crowlers of StillWest beer to‐go. Or you can head upstairs to eat and drink at StillWest. Then head across the street to the base of Snow King Mountain for the Wednesday People’s Market, Jackson Hole Live! concerts, and so much more.
